Not happy at all! I felt I was bothersome to the location Manager when I asked if he wanted to see information given to me by a retailer where my duplicated debit card was used he said, "No..he is waiting for an appointment". I also asked how I could prevent credit card fraud...his response, "use cash". OMG!! My cc never left my site but was duplicated by a person who put another name on a copy of my cc!!

Beyond slow. There was 2 tellers behind the counter but only one taking customers. The manager didnt say anything.
