When I did have questions or needed assistance with the loan processing area of my loan I would contact Charlie and he would always respond with an answer. I needed to have the voice to voice or face to face communication, which Charlie did provide, sometimes communication is vague or unclear when dealing with electronic communication so I appreciate having Charlie in my corner.

Do not understand way a company does not have an operator to receive phone calls from potential new customers. I was calling for information about a loan and could not contact anyone. All I got was a message saying dial ext. number or go to the director and type the person that I am trying to reach name
