Amazing experience! I’m a single mom with a single income and Sun American helped me make it happen! Being a first time buyer I went into this nervous and not very optimistic. However, Sun America got with me right away and made me feel like I was their only client- they contacted me of any change or important information they needed from me and never left me guessing or wondering. Eventually, I became confident and excited about our new beginning. They were courteous, friendly, and I never once felt like I couldn’t call with questions I may have had. Today, I am a few hours from getting my keys to my first home- I am happy to make this review and I will definitely be recommending Sun America to family and friends. Will Workman and his loyal crew did their very best to make this the smoothest home buying ever. I was so inundated ever with going through with 35 days of heart therapy and towards the end one of my best friends EVER lost her father who has been my father also ever since I met him over 20 years ago. Sun American Mortgage was easy to deal with and their people are very professional and can talk you off a ledge if you are on one. Yes, they are that good! I would use them again and I do recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a new house or even a gently used one. :)

Will Workman is amazing!. He was patient and extremely helpful. When i decided to buy a home I called Sun American to find out where I needed to begin. Will took the time and explained everything I needed to do. He gave me a to do list and great advice. Will worked with me for 7 months before I was able to qualify for a home...
