From beginning to end he offered the right product based under my specific circumstyances, always followed up with the right explanation and instructions for me to produce the right documentation on a timely manner. His effort and honest concern when the going got tough, were honest and truly genuine. John is defenitly a great asset to Academy Mortgage.
