If I could give 0 stars I would. I was hit by one of their insured drivers a little over a month ago and I have only heard from the adjuster ONCE. I have called several times and left voicemails and so has my adjuster and the adjuster Laura Rendon will not call us back. The one time I did speak with her it was 3 weeks after the accident and she said they havent finalized liability yet because they havent gotten a statement from their driver yet. She claims he wont answer the phone, but my adjuster got his statement the DAY AFTER the accident. This must be the most unorganized insurance company ever because they are horrible at getting anything done. Please dont get insured here because they do not deserve to still be running.

Hope and pray that you never get hit by a ACCC Insurance policy holder. NONE of the adjusters EVER answer the phone and they DO NOT return phone calls. By far the worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I was rear ended by one of their policy holders almost a month ago and have yet to hear from the ACCC adjuster. I have left at least 10 messages with various adjusters and have never received a return phone call. Worst Insurance Company I have ever dealt with by far.

DONT DO IT!!!!! THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible customer service, lack of response, and just overall inefficient. When a claim was made, they waited a week to reach out to the person at fault. They never responded to my calls and clearly highlighted that my experience was irrelevant. DONT DO IT!!!!!! Go uninsured and save you the money!!!

Never had hope with dealing with this comapny, after voicemail after voicemail they finally get in touch with me about a month later saying they are about to drop the case because they could not get in touch with thier client. Thats funny she lives right next to me and never got a phone call.

Horrible Insurance! All I had was cosmetic front end damage and they totalled my truck! Slow response every time I call and they DO NOT PAY RETAIL!!! My car dealer will no longer accept their coverage !

No star should be the option as well. I filed a formal complaint with the Attorney General of Texas. No call backs, no emails or formal complaint department. Just awful customer service
