I recently had several incidents that required help from Allstate. The most recent one was my house flooding due to a plumbing problem. As I stood in water in my house, I called Jay and he walked me through exactly what to do. His expert assistance saved a lot of damage. The field claims rep Michael was there within a day. His care and compassionate was incredible. The inside claims Christina also was very helpful. As a team Allstate put our lives back together!!!
