SO excited to be working with Michael again!!!! He is AMAZING! Goes WAY over and beyond what an agent should do! Always willing to help in any way possible! He will definitely get you the BEST rates and coverage for your needs! When my house flooded Memorial Day weekend, he was there first thing to check on me and my house. He brought people with him to assess the damage! He checked on us several times over to see if we needed anything! AMAZING Customer service! Michael was wonderful to work with. He took the time to answer all of my questions. I was happy with the rates I was getting from my previous insurance company. He was able to save me almost $1000 per year on my new policy. Shortly after getting my new policy I needed to add another vehicle. I called Michael late afternoon one Saturday and needed to add this vehicle asap. He got back to me with a quote within an hour. It was added quickly. I am extremely happy with the service I have received.
