I completely disagree with the 3 star rating. I have been a customer at her agency for over a year now and have received excellent service. Whenever I have a question about my policies or other needs, Becki or a staff member are prompt and friendly when offering solutions to anything that may come up for me or my family. She makes it easy to do business with her and with State Farm. I have been a State Farm customer (out of state) for about 20 years and Becki ranks right up there with the best agents around.
