I personally had a horrible experience with their travel department and will share "my" story as that is what a review is for, right to share your personal experience! Needed help with travel arrangements. I was transferred and tried to explain what I was wanting and told that being the end of the day she would get back with me on Tuesday... umm NO, bye Tuesday, bye Wednesday, bye Thursday and finally a call back on Friday with half of the information and a weak apology that she is all alone while her counterpart is out of town. Well if you are overwhelmed then DO NOT commit to a customer that you will return a call the next day!! Set the proper expectations.. people DO understand if you just tell them. THEN, after all that, she only has half of my request done and indicates she can call me back.. what in another week! Do business just not want your business or know how to provide some type of decent customer service... OYE! I will never use that location and I hope that I can find a AAA Travel location that at least fakes valuing customers and their time.

I was assisted by Grace Coleman today. She was friendly, genuinely concerned about my problems, and personally set out to get them resolved. In September I relocated from California, and as such sold my car and cancelled my AAA policy. However the refund check was repeatedly sent to the old address, although the current address was in the computer. Grace went out of her way to contact her personal office to assure the check would be sent to the correct address. She gave me her contact information and promised to follow-up with me to verify the check will (finally) be sent to the correct address. None of the problem was caused by her, but she went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. AAA has an incredible employee who deserves the recognition for her dedication to quality customer service. Thank you Grace!

This company does not even deserve a review.....been battling a literal nightmare with them for the last 6 months. Poor poor quality and honestly inadequate representatives and supervisors run rampant in this company and their worries consist of one thing and one thing alone. Money.A company this size should be able to take great care in each instance but clearly and very evidently this is not the case. I will not name names as I do not disclose personal details; but my personal advice is to avoid at all costs. Regarding negotiations AAA will change their side of the story with you every other day till you are literally blue in the face and want to give in, worthless
