I went into AIS Long Beach today and was helped by Alisa and I must say she was awesome. I went to start a new policy and needed approval. I had to go home and get utility bill but brought back the wrong one. Alisa helped me sat up a online account so I could assess my account online. I was able to print out correct statement so I did not have to go home again. She was a life saver and patient with me very happy and awesome customer service bravo Alisa
