After going through a divorce and experiencing financial stress like never before, I decided to file for bankruptcy. I wasn’t sure if I should apply for Chapter 13 or 7 and wasn’t clear about which would be best for me. So, I decided to google bankruptcy attorneys. I chose to contact four attorneys based on their ads. After speaking with all four attorney, the conversation with Attorney Paloucci was the most soothing because he was patient and answered all my questions. He was knowledgeable about the law and was able to explain it in layman terms, which I appreciated the most. I decided to file for Chapter 13 and Attorney Paolucci was able to help advocate for a payment plan that was affordable. After two years of paying into the plan, I lost my job. I contacted Attorney Paolucci again to help convert the Chapter 13 to Chapter 7. During this time in my life, my spirit was broken and I felt helpless. Attorney Paolucci, was very encouraging, supportive and easy to speak with. His calmness and support gave me peace to believe that I was doing the right thing and starting over wasn’t always bad.
