I had never gotten into trouble before, so hiring an attorney was overwhelming. I got on the internet and started reading reviews. Mr. Benson, along with three others in the area caught my eye. It wasn’t until after meeting personally with them all that I knew my decision without a doubt – Attorney Walt Benson. He was straightforward. He didn’t try and “sell” his services. He told me what he could do and the possible outcomes, but did not give me false hope. After some consideration he was hired. I was very pleased with my decision. He walked me through the entire process, answered any and all questions I had, treated me with respect, and ended up delivering a verdict that was far better than expected. Stepping into the courthouse, it became obvious he’s very well regarded in the Summit County area. Anyone would benefit from having Mr. Benson represent them. I would not hesitate for refer him to family or friends. Well worth the money!

I would highly recommend Walter Benson. I had a run in with the law recently where i was facing not only fines and a six month license suspension, but as well as having my charges put on my driving record permanently. He handled the case very well and in a professional manner. I had the charge i was facing dismissed for a lesser charge.
