I am extremely satisfied with the work that QuickSilva did for me – from my first phone call to them requesting general information to the follow up regarding the signed closing documents. Jarrett was my primary contact, but I also corresponded with Dennis, Jessica and Jonathan. Jarrett spent some time working on the Purchase & Sale Agreement. He was very thorough, and made sure the P&S captured everything it was supposed to, and followed up with me to ensure we met the deadlines from the initial offer. He worked with the mortgage lender to make sure they got everything they needed so that we could close on time. We had a fairly aggressive closing schedule, and QuickSilva went above and beyond to accommodate the time table. I am amazed at how EXCEPTIONALLY responsive QuickSilva was – even 3 weeks after my closing when I had a follow-up question about the HUD-1. I always received very prompt responses. Without a doubt, they deserve 5 stars! I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

The team at QuickSilva Real Estate Law, Title & Closing Services are incredible. Jessica, Mikala & Mark from their office took exceptional care of my wife and I, and supported us throughout the entire process, helping us with the P&S on both the selling side as well as the buying side transactions. They conducted themselves very professionally, and quickly earned our confidence with regard to us knowing that they were making certain that our interests were protected contractually,. When things started to go badly regarding the financing from our buyer the night before the closing, they patiently walked us through our options and consulted with us as to the best way to move forward. Everything did work out well in the end, but we were happy to have QuickSilva to rely on during some dicey moments. They really are are top notch, and would get six stars from me if it was possible to give.

This is coming from a loan officer who has been working with quicksilva now for a little over a year and have thrown them a ton of business which is much deserved. Eric Steven goes out of his way to make sure New Fed Mortgage is always happy. He calls me at least once a week to ask how he can help better our company. Quicksilva sponsors meet and greats with realtors, CE classes, open houses and so much more . Lauren and Patti who I work with almost every day over email are super fast with all their responses and are always going out of their way to make my life easier. They take care of all subordinations, condo docs and questionnaires. If you are looking to build your network and have a smooth closing Quicksilva is the right title company for you.
