Linda Malek is the attorney you UNDENIABLY NEED, if you are facing any sort of criminal charges. Attorney Malek recently represented me in the Cuyahoga Falls / Stow area. I was in a very precarious situation, with minimal hope for a positive resolution. This is where Attorney Malek stepped in. From arraignment to hearing, Linda and her team unswervingly fought for me. Linda comprehensively addressed each and every one of my concerns; alleviating many doubts and explaining things in a very clear and concise manner. She was always accessible and worked determinedly on my case. Her unparalleled knowledge of Ohio OVI law, coupled with her tenacious analytical examination of each and every part of my case, produced a result that was nothing short of a miracle.. She was able to negotiate a reduction in penalties that was unheard of in this area, including ZERO jail time and left me in utter awe of her capabilities. Linda quite simply, does not give up and will not back down. She fights whole-heartedly for her clients and WILL produce results. Even after the case ended, she made a point to check in with me and make sure I am ok, BECAUSE SHE CARES and to ensure I have no other questions. Her passion, empathy, experience, professionalism and rapport with the courts are assets you cannot afford to be without, if facing ANY sort of criminal charges. Hopefully, I will never require her services again, but I would recommend her to ANYONE and EVERYONE I know. For me, there is no alternative.

It was incredibly irresponsible and dumb for me to get a DUI. Very dumb!! However, it was incredibly fortunate that I selected Linda Malek to represent me. She is terrific both as an attorney and as a compassionate person! I can say without question that she has every positive attribute credited to her in the previous reviews… plus some. Linda “walked” me through the process at a time when my anxiety was at fever pitch; my fears of the unknown were working on my mind continuously and I was very nervous. While working with her she displayed confidence that she would do the absolute best for me which and she did. To say the least: I was MORE than satisfied.
