I am giving Marcari, Russotto, Spencer & Balaban a five star rating because of my personal experience. The initial call was warm and helpful but my decision to continue with the firm as my legal counsel was encouraged by my paralegal Ms. Elizabeth Martinez. She supported, counseled, allowed me to been her ear the whole way through this process. She followed up with me about my medical to make sure that I was doing everything I needed to do to help me physically. It was no way just about the recovery check I really felt she cared about my well being after this is all over and I give a big thank you for that. Everyone I spoke with from the receptionist to the adjusters were so helpful and I will advise anyone if you need legal advice or help this is the firm to go to. THANK YOU ALL Donna J. Dixon
