A few years back..I needed an Attorney to help settle a personal matter. After being "Strung" along for about 2 weeks by another Attorney (Not returning my calls, always re-scheduling meeting times, etc...) I was referred to Henderson & Weatherly...And whereas almost all "Legal Matters" can be INTIMIDATING; These guys made it bare-able...They answered and/or returned my phone calls, Kept me up to speed on any updates, and were "Realistic" about the outcome of my case. Things Turned-out much better than i anticipated...and their price was Fair as well. I tip my hat to these guys...True Professionals Thank you Henderson & Weatherly;

I just got finished up with my case for a o.v.i charge which did get dropped by Brandon and his team of experts. When they say they are professionals they really do mean it.. They were very respected in the court room.. they never kept me in the dark and always let me know what was going on with my case. They helped me with my financial aspect also and let me do a payment plan.. I was very lucky to have the people I did to handle my case I highly recommend them and will also be using them in the future and telling my family and friends.. thank you again

These guys did a very poor job of representation of me for an alcohol case in Lakewood. There was continous lack of communication and lack of returned phone calls. All court notices were sent to their office and then not forwarded to me in a timely fashion. As a result I missed a critical hearing resulting in a less than optimum outcome of my case. In addtion I was assigned several attys during my case some of which were incompetent and not up to speed on my case. Do not hire this firm!
