I reached out to Vault Mortgage after getting the run around from a competing lender while trying to refinance my home. I was a little skeptical at first, given the experience I had just had, but I was pleasantly surprised. Nick Gouche was the consummate professional and I would recommend him to anyone looking into a real estate loan. There are million things that I could tell you that Vault Mortgage did to provide excellent service, but I will list the three things that impressed me the most. 1. Knowledge of the Industry – After thoroughly explaining the loan application process, Nick gave me several options that he thought would work best for me. Many of them had not been brought to me by the previous lender. Second, he sent me updates about upcoming events in the market and explained how they might impact the industry and in turn, my loan. This far exceeded my experience with other lenders and it really put me in a position to make informed decisions about the best way to proceed with my loan. 2. Customer Service – Nick was very attentive and responsive. His attention to detail was very impressive and he would answer all of my questions in a patient manner. I asked tons of them, but he never seemed frustrated by it or brushed any of them off. The few times that he didn’t have an immediate answer, he told me when he would get back to me and always held firm to his commitments. Lastly, he was courteous and friendly. I can’t tell you how many times I ended what should have been a boring conversation about rates or loan documents with a smile on my face. Nick loves what he does and it shows in the superior customer service that he provides. 3. Excellent Staff – I interacted with several people at Vault, but Nick’s assistant Danielle McKinney is who I worked with the most. Danielle was also extremely responsive and fun to converse with, as she walked me through the laundry list of forms that needed to be filled out. She answered all of my questions about the forms and sent me friendly reminders whenever there was something that needed to be done on my end. All in all, I had a 5 star experience with Nick and Danielle at Vault Mortgage and I would recommend them - without reservation - to anyone looking to finance their home. I already have to several of my friends! Regards, JaMaar Everett

It was my good fortune that I was referred to Nick Gouche and Joshua Willis of Vault Mortgage Group by my daughter, at the “Nick” of time, when I was almost getting ready to sign the escrow documents for refinancing my existing mortgage(s). Few months ago for refinancing, without even thinking twice, I had chosen the lending institution that was presently carrying my mortgage(s) over ten years, since I was under the impression that I will be treated fairly and efficiently by them, rather than a new lender (It seems most people do make the same mistake as I did!) It was a nightmare! The entire loan process took two and half months to come to the final documents stage! The worst part was, the interest rate was not very attractive and at the same I had to carry a Mortgage Insurance too! (The result of poor and inaccurate appraisal!) When I was in such a predicament – to sign or not to sign the final documents with my present lender – I made the call to Joshua Willis of Vault Mortgage Group, listening to my daughter. It was on a Friday late in the afternoon. After a few minutes of my telephone conversation, Joshua put me on line with Nick Gouche. Even after talking for almost an hour with both of them, I was NOT really convinced that they can do better! At the end, I agreed to meet with them, in my residence, the next day – April 13, Saturday evening. After a two-hour long discussions, both my wife and I were convinced the fact that, “these guys are not just talk; they know the business and they are genuine and sincere”! The next day, Sunday morning, I informed them that I was willing to give it a try! In the evening of Monday, April 15th, Joshua was at my door with the disclosure papers. Within couple of weeks the appraisal of the property was completed. Both Nick and Joshua moved with amazing speed and accuracy, the settlement papers were ready within couple of weeks and we signed the documents on May 15 with the Notary! Nick and Joshua saved me few hundred dollars in monthly mortgage payment by taking their offer! I couldn’t believe how this was possible to accomplish the rigorous task of refinancing just in a Month! The answer lies in their dedication, belief, passion in their business and truthfulness and sincerity in dealings with their customers! I will strongly recommend to anyone who seeks a real estate mortgage of any kind to talk to Nick Gouche and Joshua Willis first! I am very confident that they will not disappoint you!

When it comes to purchasing a home or refinancing, I would highly recommend that you work with Joshua Willis at Vault Mortgage Group! My husband and I originally purchased our home in August of 2011 thanks to the assistance from Mr. Willis. This was our first purchase and we were excited and nervous at the same time. He reassured us that we could get pre-qualified and make the process easier while looking for a home. He walked us through the required documents and explained every detail that we had questions about. (I must admit that I am the type who asks several questions and I like to research different information.) He was patient and collected all of our information. He also responded promptly to emails and returned phone calls in a timely manner. As time passed and interest rates dropped, we decided to refinance to get a lower interest rate and to save thousands of dollars. Once again we worked with Mr. Willis. We collected all the required documents that he requested and he worked with his department to get the documents processed. He contacted us and informed us that the refinance was approved and thanked us for working with them for a second time. This refinance lowered our mortgage payment and interest rate. As of 2014, the property value in our area drastically increased and we were curious to see if we could be qualified for a refinance under a conventional loan. Mr. Willis explained that it was a much more challenging process, but that it could be done. He provided information explaining the process and how it would eliminate the PMI. We also found out that we could have access to money to remodel our home or pay off debt. Once again my husband and I collected the required documents and submitted them to him to be processed. The conventional refinance was approved and we closed towards the end of August 2014. This conventional refinance decreased our mortgage payment, eliminated our PMI, and allowed us to remodel our home. We humbly thank Mr. Willis for his dedication to make sure that the process was handled professionally and within a reasonable timeframe. His work ethic clearly shows that he cares about all of his clients. We recommend all of our friends and family to Mr. Willis because he has earned our trust and loyalty! Mr. Willis is allowing people like us to create a foundation by owning our home and having assets, which will provide our family with financial stability and wealth! Love, The Tucker Family

David Garcia has helped me and my family beyond what words can express!!!!! I am a veteran, and a first time home buyer. My wife and I were purchasing a home directly from a seller, without the help of a real estate agent, during my transition from active duty service to civilian life. I had an extremely unique situation, due to some complicated individual circumstances, and because of that, two banks denied me for a home loan. I was very discouraged, but decided to call Vault Mortgage group to see if they could help me out. I AM SO GLAD I DID!!! After speaking with David Garcia, he told me that he believed he could get my loan approved, and helped my wife and I every step of the way. I am not going to lie, the process in itself was very stressful, and at times downright frustrating. However, David always kept a positive and professional attitude, and continually went out of his way to make sure me and my family were taken care of. There was never a time when my questions werent answered; and he always answered his phone if I called. My wife and I are beyond grateful to David, for all his time, help and hard work. We are in the process of moving into our new house!!!! So, I am not the type of person to write reviews, good or bad, about anything. But after all that is happened, and the fact that we got our house, (at great interest rate, by the way) I felt more than compelled to give Vault Mortgage Group a review. Throughout this entire process, my wife and I felt that we were David and VMG’s first priority, and all of our questions and concerns were taken care of immediatley; and i would STRONGLY recommend VMG to anyone looking to purchase a home. Ask for David Garcia. We seriously could not have done this without David’s help. Again, THANK YOU DAVID!!!! I truly can’t say that enough!!!!!

I had a great experience with Vault Mortgage it was like no other they provided a first class service. If it not had been for the diluents and hard work of Ms. Stephanie Lee (Loan Officer) to get the job done. It started with a call initiated by Ms. Lee explaining the services of Vault Mortgage she was so sure of the their service she and her supervisor Richman schedule an appoint and drove out over 45 miles to personally explain the services. Once sitting me down to explain they seen that I had two more loans that could take advantage of the record low interest rates and not only did they get the one loan but they picked up an additional two saving me even more money and bring me ease of the monthly mortgage payments. This technic is what pushed Alliance Direct out of first place placing Vault Mortgage as the front-runner. If it would not had been for the quick thinking of Ms. Lee these loans would not had funded because of my many threats to cancel do to my lack of understanding the current market along with the re-tooling and the obstacles the loan officer have to go through to get loans funded but Ms. Lee never allowed me to give up with persistence and reassurance that everything would be fine as she was personally taking care of my multiple loans herself and not allow me to miss out on this long coming opportunity. I thank her so much for her hard work, always answering my calls, emails, text and many hours spent on my loan along with revisiting with the notary making herself available if for any reason I had any questions during the signings. Vault Mortgage this had working loan officer is a Class Act alone; Ms. Stephanie Lee should be commended for her ability not just handle one loan but also multiples at a time and keep the customer happy. Sincerely, Curtis Harris

The home buying experience is a long and arduous process. No matter how much money you save or time you spend preparing, it is never an easy journey. This is why it is important to align yourself with a mortgage broker who is not only capable but sensitive to the actual home buying experience -- and Vault Mortgage is that broker. When my wife and I began our journey to home ownership Vault was there every step of way, guiding and informing us through the entire process from start to finish. They were clear about the financials, terms of the loan, and the time frame of the approval process, which helped us tremendously in staying aware of where we were in the process. But more importantly was the honesty and professional demeanor of Richmond and Nick. Richmond and Nick were very upfront about what they could and could not do, which is very rare these days in business. While they made it clear they would do everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) to get the job done, they always tempered that drive and determination with professional reason. It is this quality that allowed us to endure all the ups and downs and what makes the difference in navigating this sometimes frustrating process. I could not have asked for a better team than these men and women and Vault Mortgage, who helped my wife and daughter to enjoy our first home. I always knew that one day we would own a home, but I never envisioned that along the way I would meet such credible and forthright people such as them.
