I contacted Bill Rayman after walking away from a refinance through my bank. Working with Bill and his team was a completely opposite experience. Bill spent ample time helping me to fully understand each step of the refinance process, and explaining why certain options were the best fit for my financial plan. Throughout the refi process, Bill was a fantastic communicator. He always returned calls promptly, if he wasn’t available exactly when I’d call. Every question I’d pose through e-mail was answered thoroughly, and I felt confident that Bill was searching for the best loan terms for me. He kept me informed as the market changed, and offered advice as to the consequences of taking risks or holding out for a lower rate. Working with Bill’s tam was delightful, as well. Lesley Dey was in charge of collecting all my paperwork, and she was so thorough and specific in what she needed from me that gathering all those statements wasn’t complicated. She also answered every question quickly and thoroughly. My workdays are so full that I’m unable to focus my attention on anything but the day at hand, and I was amazed at how effortless it was to work with Bill Rayman & Mortgage Capital! They even organized a notary to come to my house on a Saturday for the final document signing, and the whole process was finished before I even knew it! I had a great experience working with Bill Rayman, and would certainly refer him to friends and colleagues. And I hope to call on him again in the near future for an entirely new loan for a different home!

We have used Bill 2 additional times to refinance our home and have been able to take advantage of lower interest rates.
