Most mortgage companies want to do all business over the phone. Most mortgage companies with run the numbers without being certain the budget will be comfortable. Most mortgage companies won’t do any more work beyond what hey believe is required of them. Absolute is nothing like ‘most mortgage companies!’ My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Denise on our recent real estate transaction. Denise was not my first mortgage team member, however she was the first to actually meet me in person. All the other mortgage companies I called would try to run numbers, learn all about your budget, etc. without actually meeting you in person. Denise is very professional, and meeting her reassured us that she was a real person asking personal questions in a non-threatening way. Throughout the home purchasing process, Denise was easily accessible by phone, text, or email. She helped us understand the process and taught us financial lessons that helped us make educated decisions along the way. Denise treated us as family members and made sure that we were never worried, frustrated, or concerned throughout the process. Denise even came to our closing just to make sure that everything went smoothly. This turned out to be a life saver as we had a few questions come up during the closing process which Denise was able to help out with instantly rather then waiting to hear back. Denise is amazing and is truely one of a kind! I hope to have her by my side on our next real estate transaction, and I will recommend her to anyone that is purchasing a house or property!

Mitello went above and beyond during the process of obtaining our first home! As we were clueless about the entire process, he made sure we understood the procedures, addressed and answered any questions we had. He is very detail oriented, which inspired confidence from the very beginning. His experience really shone through when we ran into an unexpected issue with the condo being non-warrantable. He was able to quickly provide an alternative mortgage at a very good rate. Knowing that I needed to move, he then did everything to ensure a timely closing on a very demanding schedule and exceeded my expectations by driving to my home one night (2+ hour roundtrip) to pick up signed documents to keep it on track.
