I used GVC for the original mortgage on my home. After the FHA lowered their PMI rates, loan officer Logan Sargent reached out to inform me that I could greatly benefit from a streamline refinance. After the positive experience that I had during my original loan, I knew GVC would go out of their way to make the process easy. Logan Sargent was very thorough and provided me with all of the information that I needed during the process. The streamline process was exactly as advertised. Quick and easy - the entire process took less that 10 business days start to finish. They even sent a notary to my home for closing to make everything that much easier.
