In this day in age praise for stellar performance and service comes few and far between, and it seems people take the time to complain more than expressing acclaim. I am taking some of that precious time to write a letter of thanks to David Lawver and KAL Financial regarding my latest refinance with them. I had used David Lawver about two years prior to refinance my home loan and had nothing but great results from him. I knew that if I ever needed to refinance again, acquire another mortgage, or consult with a mortgage broker, David would be the first person I would call. Rates had dropped again and it made sense for me to refinance, so I called David and begun the long and complicated process. Once again, David was on top of everything. He found a great rate with a mortgage lender that offered to cover what turned out to be all of the refinance expenses. David took care of it all with professional prowess, concise yet thorough communication, and streamlined efficiency. He returned all of my calls and emails promptly. He explained exactly what I needed to do and stayed on top of all the parties involved which guaranteed that he was actively solving any issues as we processed the mortgage. He successfully orchestrated our closure without ANY problems. Being in the professional services business I work with many professional people but few come close to David Lawver and KAL Financial in providing such customer care coupled with efficient productivity. Al Financial is very friendly, easy, quick, and painless. Completely hassle-free process, the entire process was very smooth and fast, a 11 days closing is highly appreciated, As first time home buyers, we were completely ignorant of what things should cost. At first we went with a different mortgage company, but soon lost faith.They were able to get us a lower interest rate, lower closing costs, better home owners insurance, and very low loan origination fees. We felt as if we could (and did) call any time if we did not understand something. There are a lot of companies out there that take advantage of first time homebuyers and Kal Financial is the best. The first thing was that they managed to get me the absolute lowest possible rate for a 10 year no fee no cost loan. Secondly everything turned out as expected. No disappointments. 4 Stars This was not my first time using David. The last 2 times my loan was tricky because my home went from owner occupied to a rental. This made it more difficult compared to a normal refinance. The staff was very courteous and easy to talk with. There was a few times when it had been forgotten that this was a rental property, so I reminded them. We closed on time which we were pleased. I have recommended others to David.
