We wanted to move closer to work, so we put our house up for sale. We used the lender that our realtor recommended. The whole experience with them was an absolute nightmare. What was supposed to be done within a couple of weeks, turned into one month, and then on to another month. At this point, we were having to live in a hotel as they strung the whole process along. They consistently asked for a different document that they forgot about every day. We did everything they asked, and in the end they ended up denying us. We were trying to buy our new house, so we said that we would used their lender. We called emailed the Hines team the very next day. We got an immediate response. In just the email alone, they were so much nicer and more professional than our previous lenders. We went to their office the very next day to see them. We actually ended up filling out paperwork and giving them all our documents. By the time we left there, they said we would be closing on our house within a week. Throughout the week they were so courteous and helpful. We thought it was going to be impossible to go through another lender in a short time. They astounded us when they told us it would be done within the week. We are so thankful to have had the chance to work with this amazing team. I would recommend them to everyone!

My job has taken me to several different cities and states…Iowa, Tennessee, North Carolina, Oklahoma etc. and the process of a mortgage in each of these instances were “archaic” in comparison to my dealings with Cornerstone Lending and Heather Bomar. Cornerstone Lending is a Top Notch company and screams “professionalism” when working with us! This is our second mortgage experience with The Bomar Team and they never disappoint! Our first experience was at a time when our original mortgage company kept dragging their feet…to the point we were not sure we would even qualify in time. We contacted our Real Estate agent and expressed our concerns…she immediately put us in touch with Heather Bomar and her team flew into action and we were qualified and ready to close in half the time we spend with the other mortgage company. Naturally, when it came time for our second mortgage…we did not waste time with anyone else. We contacted Heather direct and she met with us that day and her team went into action and were complete and ready to close, well ahead of the closing company. Never had we had the confidence we have had with our transactions with Cornerstone Lending and Heather Bomar. You will not be disappointed in placing your trust with their team.

October, 2017. My wife & I recently asked Cody Hardridge, Senior Mortgage Advisor with Cornerstone Home Lending, Inc and his team, Tye Richardson, Noah Pena & Talia Sperry, to assist us with a home refinance. Cody had helped us a few years back with new home mortgage. We remembered that event and how well the process happened, so we asked for Cody’s assistance again. His team promptly moved out setting up our appraisal, working with the underwriters, and doing all the various detailed tasks that needed to be completed for our loan approval. From start to finish his team was amazing…they kept us informed, made sure all items on the “checklist” were completed, and got us to closing quickly. We highly recommend the Hardridge Team for your mortgage or refinancing needs. Jan. 2016. Over my life I have purchased several homes. Cody and his team made my most recent home purchase as enjoyable and smooth as I have ever experienced. He, and his team, made us feel valued. To make a short story long, our rental landlord decided she was ready to get rid of our house and served us with a 30 day vacate notice right before our lease would rollover to another year lease. We dropped the ball, but it put us in a hard position in trying to find a home. I shopped around for lenders, and Will and his team were the 3rd or 4th I spoke with but were the first to get back to me with information. In fact, my wife and I met with Will the same evening that we first spoke with him whilst we waited 36 hours to hear back from the other lenders we were shopping around with. They understood our situation and have been extremely helpful in making this stressful house-buying experience a little less stressful. One thing I really appreciated was a questionnaire Will and I did on the phone at the beginning of the process. He asked questions to gauge our needs and expectations, but it also helped me gauge how customer-focused his team would be. In summation, Will and his team have been very helpful for us as first time home buyers. There has always been someone there to answer our phone calls and to answer our questions.

Cornerstone Home Lending is awesome. To set the stage a bit, both my wife and I are in our mid-30s, employed, and long-time fans of Oklahoma City. Married here in 2007, the idea of purchasing our own home always seemed out of reach or overly complicated. We applied to Cornerstone for a mortgage, and we were very clear at the beginning that we wanted to invest in a cheaper, more economical home—to start a family, put some roots down, and begin some form of equity building. Our price consideration was set in a fairly firm range, and much lower than the new or renovated home prices popping up throughout the city. Regardless of the lower asking-price range, Cornerstone approved our request and offered generous financing. Now having found, purchased, and moved into our first home, I cannot say enough positive things about Cornerstone—the entirety of our experience, since the first email to this note praising their wonderful staff, company, and professional courtesy.

COMPETENT, RELAXED and PERSONAL Since this was going to be the biggest financial decision of my life, I definitely went shopping around for a good lending agency. I was pre-approved by several and had others calling me all the time. But then one day my real estate agent (Anya Mashaney—super awesome agent BTW) recommended calling Will Koenig at Cornerstone Home Lending. I did. Right off the bat, Will provided me with a loan comparison chart based on all the numbers I was looking at, showing me which loan would be best. That was exactly the thing I’d been wishing to see all along from all these other lenders! Immediately, I knew this was the lending agency I wanted to buy my home with. Little did I know how much BETTER this experience would continue to grow. Seriously, if you want a competent, relaxed, and personalized lending experience, use Cornerstone.

The team at Cornerstone Home Lending, especially Tye Richerson, helped my family get into our home in quick time and with practically no stress. They contacted us weekly with what was needed in order to close on our home in less than 40 days and whenever we called we knew that anyone on the team would be able to answer our questions because they mastered the term "Teamwork". We were located in Turkey at the time we purchased the home which was located in Oklahoma and you would have thought we were right up the street based on how easy the communication with this organization was. I had always thought of buying a house as an intimidating stressful experience, but with Sam Bursch and his team that was not the case! From the first application to closing, Sam and his team made the whole process smooth and simple. Sam answered all my newbie questions and explained and gave me multiple options to choose from. He even recommended an awesome realtor. His team gave weekly updates and were quick to respond to any questions I had. The online app for uploading documents and checking on your loan status were really helpful. And the cookie and coffee gifts were a super sweet touch. I recently purchased a home and used the services provided by Heather Bomar and her team to secure a loan. This was my second time working with her team and all I can say is WOW (again)! I could not say enough about Angie Haag and her team. I have bought several homes over the past few years and this was by far the easiest home loan I have applied for. Once meeting with Angie I was given a list of the needed to apply for the loan. I put together those things, returned them within a couple of days and the team took over. This was by far the most pain and stress free experience, buying a home, I have ever had. We lived pretty far from the office so they were very flexible with communicating by email. My husband and I have 2 very different schedules and 2 children under the age of 2, so finding time together to sign documents is like finding a needle in a hay stack. Their e-signing made our experience that much better. They were very professional, and super friendly. They were constantly asking for updates on our newborn baby and growing family. They were very fast and efficient and made the process extremely easy and stress free. Cody and his team are by far the best and only choice I would ever use again or recommend to anyone.

Paul Tyler and Hilary were fantastic. It isn’t often in today’s world that you find such compassionate, knowledgeable professionals at the top of their game.
