Chris walked into the office one day and met Justa. She put us in touch with Drew Warfuel, who was about to go on vacation. Before he left he met with my husband and found out exactly what we were looking for in our new home. I had very specific features I was looking for and Drew was able to find our dream home for us in a short time. I was very impressed with the customer service and the prompt response to all of our questions. Both Justa and Drew made our first home buying experience enjoyable and stress free. Prior to being with Jeff Cook, we listed our home with another real estate office that did not bring in traffic at all nor did they have an effective plan for marketing our home. Jay was very patient, responsive, and fun to work with. His knowledge of the area was very helpful. We made offers on three homes. The terms of the first offer were not acceptable to the seller. Our offer on the second house was accepted, but we rejected the house because our home inspector found a structural issue we did not want to tackle. On the third house, with Jay’s professional and persistent approach, we negotiated back and forth and finally cinched a deal. We greatly appreciated his thoroughness in helping us find a house we now call our home!
