When I first reach out to Kristin by sending her an email over the 2017-super bowl weekend – I was truly taken away when she called me that Monday morning at 9:30 am – She was so friendly and professional – She taken my information over the phone and I mentioned to her was that the best way to reach me during the day is email or text me – I received emails promptly what was needed - Working with Kristin was truly a pleasure – You return her call – she comes to the phone immediately - She is very prompt – after she complete her part then you are forward to another Loan Officer – The whole team are very quick that they reach out to you and introduce themselves to you and tell you what part they play in working on your loan – All I can say, is that – if you are looking for a mortgage or refinance – Bluewater is the place to go – you do not have to wait for a loan officer to call you and be stress out – Bluewater is very quick, professional – you won’t be able to keep up with them because that is how good they are - I have already spread the word about them - Then, Kristin forward me to Bambi- Working with Bambi getting all my information for the underwriter has been very professional and polite – She provided me with a list of all is needed and she reply quickly – any questions ask, she is always available to answer them with directions – With my whole experience, all I can say is Wow – I have already mentioned to others, if they are looking to buy or refinance – that they should reach out to Bluewater – I promise their experience will be a pleasant one -
