All I can say is WORSE State Farm office in Michigan, from the front desk to Kevin Curtis the "State Farm Agent". Kevin is the most unprofessional "professional" I have ever met. When I noticed I was being charged $240 for the last 3 months after cancelling my insurance with him back in Feb. 2017 I called him to let him know what was going on, he seemed very nonchalant with no urgency in fixing my problem. Instead he blamed me because he would not see any forms filled out for cancellation of policy, I thought your office would take care of that. Not the customer. After talking to Kevin directly to cancel all of policies again more than a week ago, I learned that he has not even submitted my refund and he did not cancel all of policies with them I STILL HAVE MY HOUSE INSURANCE ACTIVE because Kevin did not cancel after I spoke and emailed him. If you want to cancel your policies with them make sure you call more than once, and you explain to them with pictures that you NO LONGER WISH TO STAY WITH THEM. This is why I am here, giving them negative reputation to avoid more victims, I also filed a complaint with their Corporate Head-Quarters and the State. Now they owe me a lot of money and are making it impossible to get MY own money back. Such a bad experience.

We have had some small and 1 very large claim, all were handled very professionally and timely with no arguments or aggravation. State farm is a great insurance company, Kevin is their best agent!
