After 4 months of the process and supposedly twice through underwriting i found out nothing had really happened with my loan. I wouldnt get return phone calls, would take 3 to 4 weeks to get ahold of my loan guy. His story kept changing, he was telling me i needed more stuff. He tried to charge me 1000 to "lock in my interest rate" on top of a whole load of other stuff. I finally went to another company had my stuff appro ed and done in 2 hours, and already closing in a couple weeks. They said seems like i was being taken advantage of through cason. My closing costs are thousands less and my monthly payment is a hundred less. Not sure whats going on at cason but i had a horrible experience and would never recommend them.

I had an excellent experience working with Connie Parker. When she initially ran my information, she advised me on paying down a couple things on my credit to afford me a better interest rate. I did as she advised and within 30 days my credit score jumped up nearly 30 points. My pre-approval was immediately sent over to my realtor and it was only 30 days from the day we found a home to closing. Connie Parker assured us that we would be in our home by a specific date and she executed her promise. I will definitely use her again for future purchases!!

This Clinic company was phenomenal was under contract with another lending company had issues with inspections and other things taking too long came over here and everything was done in a hurry. Very organized. Once we found our home the rest was a breeze. Lindsey Whitman was our loan officer and was very educated on her work. As first time home buyers they gave us the best interest and got us into our home before taxes hit. Even worked with us on her day off if we had any questions. Highly recommend Lindsey Whitman.
