My initial experience, February 21, 2017, with staff was unprofessional. I simply called for a consultation and the level of unprofessionalism and disrespect from the front desk personnel deterred me from ever wanting to seek services from this law office. If I am misinterpreting something the letter states, your job is to be professional and curtious to ensure I receive adaquate understanding. Your job is not to pop your lips abd say "look I send out 1,000 letters a day so I know what it say". Although she may have experience sending 1,000 letter a day as she stated, she needs training on customer service. This law office eill not be receiving my business. Your staff is a direct representation on you.

I was facing two charges for an auto accident that involved me and a tree. No other persons or property included, yet it became a court case which could result in fines and points on my insurance because, as the policeman stated, he "had to charge me with something". After receiving a quote from another Lawyer which I felt was too high, I called Cotten Law. Not only did Jeremy and Ashley take my case for HALF of the costs I was quoted by that other firm, but they got the charges dismissed and with literally no effort from me. The professionalism was awesome and compassionate. The costs were reasonable and low according to other law firms prices. The first contact response was informative, but the second one was more informative, passive, customer service was excellent, and genuine concern was obvious overflowing with professionalism. I hired Cotten Law firm to handle my traffic ticket. The price that they asked was reasonable and by far the best deal of all the law firms in the area. I was pleased with their initial contact. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because the week of the case, I had to call and leave a message to find out about my status. I received an email when the case was complete with the judgement. It would have been better practice to return my phone call instead of leave me wondering until an email appeared. Overall, I would use Cotten Law again.

My experience with Cotton Law Firm was exceptional. I realized at the last minute that my court date for a speeding ticket was on that day. I had intended to call much earlier but actually called his office at 9:00am on the day of my court appearance. His assistant took my info over the phone as well as my payment info. Got a speeding ticket for 19 over. Paid Cotten Law a fair price, they took care of everything. Ticket got reduced to improper equipment and all is well. Definitely recommend them for speeding tickets because I was rather panicky about the severity of my ticket, but they took care of everything with one simple payment.
