These lawyers take care of you and stay on top of your case through thick and thin. They are personable, honest, passionate, straightforward, they will not mislead you and will walk you through every step of the way. And they are quick to answer phones class and/or questions. I am a sole mom barely making ends meet, I was in a pretty awful car accident leaving me in pain and feeling lost and hopeless. The Bendinelli Law Firm took me under their wing and got me the help I needed while also being that emotional support for me along the way. They would sit down with me for hours at a time, if I needed that, and make the whole process clear for me. At one point in the beginning of my case I received in the mail a $100 king Soopers gift card from them! They are truly a caring team with a BIG Heart! There was a little bit of turn around with a few of the attorney’s breaking off to start their own firm, I started to become apprehensive at which point Mr. Bendinelli took it upon himself to personally reassure me and take on my case to ensure my case continued to get the attention it needed. Just when my apprehension was getting the best of me, Julian diligently, and skillfully pushed through, despite some of our personality differences, getting me a settlement of much more than I ever thought possible. Even after this first settlement he continues to work diligently to get me the second settlement pushed through.
