First when the representative came out he explained everything and was very nice, found out later the company let him go. We had to call the company to numerous times to fine out what was going on. When the crew finally came out we were told there was suppose to be 5-6 guys and that our roof was going to be done in one day. It took two days to finish the roof. Well when the crew did show up it was two guys, a lady and a toddler and another child. They did not come to the door to introduce themselves, did not know who was walking around on our property. I had to go out and ask who they are and ask why they had children here. I asked them if the company knew that the children were there and one said yes, well I called and the company did not know nothing about children coming to a work site. Eventually the lady left with the children but showed up twice during the day. The crew complained about the location of the dumpster. When asked not to smoke on our property, one guy commented "Well I guess we should not have taken this job." When asked to explain what they are doing one guy said, They did not have to explain anything and did not take orders from us. They were not concerned about the landscape, some flowers were broken off signs were broken. There were no port a jons on the property and they had to use our woods, it was very hot. They broke in to our electric meter and hooked up their air compressor, instead of running an extension cord. They did not say a thing about our electric meter. Their crew was very rude. To top it off this company sent us a bill for the balance due, and there was postage due on the envelope. I would NOT recommend this company. we emailed them but there was no reply finally after about three weeks they decided to pay for the flowers.

Terrible costumer service!!! Last year in June we put down our deposit (that is required) and we were told it would be up to 6 week wait. Six weeks came and gone. I would call the office and they would tell me they needed to talk to Martino and they would call me that day or the next. No call ever came. This happened about 3 or 4 times. By this time it was middle of August. Fed up I called the office everyday until they finally placed me on the schedule.... which was for the week before Labor Day. They never showed. Called everyday again, even the day they were to be there. We finally had our new porch and walkway poured the week after Labor Day 2014. Since then, we have seen two cracks and multiple divets in the cement. I sent photos a week ago with still no call back. Throughly frustrated with this company. They have the worst costumer service. I will say that they did a good job with the look of the stamped concrete but I would think that it would last longer than 8 months. I can understand the cracks to a degree but the divets.... its like the cement it too thin.

Martino Home Improvements has been to our home for three different contracts. we first hired them to do our new cement drive, walk stairs and a slab in back. They removed all the old cement, and were even careful of the flower beds that were remaining. the new cement has wintered well and look beautiful. I used them again to replace a four part sliding glass door wall and was extremely impressed with the final installation and attention to finishing detail. I have now used them to install a new storm door, to accommodate my vacation schedule, Martino himself came to install this door. I could not be happier with the service and attention to detail we have received from this company. Martino Home Improvements has become my go to contractor.

Martino home improvement did a great job on my daughters roof in Berkley. They were in and out in a day and did a complete clean up after themselves. The best thing is that it is leak free and looks GREAT. We are doing a complete renovation and the neighbors stop by to see our progress. All have commented on the roof looking great and many have noticed the flashings in particular. They are the best I have ever seen. I liked dealing with them enough that I am having them do a stamped concrete patio at my house soon. I expect excellence on that too and will be reporting on that job when finished.

I had my roof done, complete tear off and new roof. The company does great work. From beginning of the project, the owner came out and reviewed in detail all of the steps and what was needed to complete the job. From the owner to the office personnel to the workers, they are a great team working for a great company... I would recommend and hire them again. I had my roof done early spring this year and no problems. Thus far, I am 100% satisfied! Thank you Martino Home Improvement!

They did our roof. Complete tear off and install plus all new blown in insulation. They were awesome! We had some concerns about losing some storage space in our attic with the blown in insulation but they built us a little raised deck at no extra cost. And the insulation has made a huge difference in our heating bills. The crew was professional, quick and clean. We were very happy with the work that was done.

This company is solid . From the sales crew to the guys that worked on my roof, all pros. I had to have my entire roof done . The crew was fast and good . Two days and it was complete. They were good workers and cleaned my property well . The manager Carl was really cool to work with,answered all my questions .If I ever need a home improvement company again,I will call Martino ,no question.

There business is bad and very incompetent...they have good deals but they half do their work, pretty much you get what you paid for, if I was you I would go elsewhere for better business.
