Steve’s calming demeanor was invaluable in guiding everyone to an agreement, solving a decades old problem with an innovative solution not previously seen by the embattled parties. I would like to thank Steven Sumsion for his excellent legal knowledge and diligence in handling my frustrating “Marathon” house closing. Steve Sumsion gave strong guidance during very rough roads. I won the bid at a house auction recently and was unaware of how poorly organized and “shady” of an industry I was about to encounter. Shortly after signing the auction documents there were many questionable legal actions and phantom documents that appeared for the purpose of pressuring and intimidating me to rush through closing regardless of the title insurance policy condition.
