I have been a client of Abbott law firm for 10 months. I was in a auto pedestrian accident on Feb. 8, 2012. I was in the parking lot of a Subway sandwich store talking to a kid about some ski boots I had seen on ksl .com.We were not in the middle of the parking lot but closer to his car.Ihad my back turned faceing the kid.There was a car parked next to my truck the driver was inside the store. The witness said the kid got in his carand put it in reverse and was not watching what he was doing and hit me in the backside and forced me to the ground. It split my right knee open and required 50 stitches. this person could have killed both of us by not watching what he was doing. His insurance company started giving me the run around this is when I got Abott law firm involved.They have done agood job getting my bills paid and a little compensation for the painand suffering I experince now.They had handled another case for me years ago and did a fantastic job. iwould recommend them to anyone. Abbott & Assoc has helped me with several cases. Always very professional, knowledgeable, and timely. They are not your standard "settle first ask questions later" type of firm. I have not had any billing complaints with them (I have with other companies). They are the best firm that I have worked with! I initially found them because I was looking for a personal injury firm that was willing to represent me on an hourly basis, not contingency. They were the ONLY company willing to do this. From there I have worked with them for various needs, and they have always been very ethical. When I read a review talking about someone "fleeing the country" I wonder if they were an illegal who got busted for DUI or something.. Not a very reliable review...
