Frustration!! Somehow I failed to sign the check for my monthly payment. You would think that someone would pick up the phone and call for a credit card number so that my payment would not be late and incur late fees. No!!! The check is held and returned a week later way after the due date so that I could be screwed out of money via late fees! I try to never be late with payments! Then, after calling immediately after opening the letter, no one answers the phone. I leave a message, and no one returns the call! I offer to drive the check to their office on a Saturday and need to know if they are open on Saturday. No one returns my call! I check for a website which shows, open 9-12. It is 10 am and no return call. I call and no one answers the phone! It is an hour or more drive from Foley, Alabama to Nine Mile Road, Pensacola! Why is no one answering the darn phone!! So they just want to screw me out of say five dollars or more via late fees!! They do not care that the payment is now after the eleventh of July!!! They WANT the payment after the due date so that they can charge late fees!! Answer the darn phone! Why do I have to hunt up an account number and enter it before you will answer the darn phone!? You do not want to talk with customers. Answer this!
