I worked with Mr. Sam Amine for my first home purchase. I can’t speak highly enough about his efforts in making the process as simple and quick as possible. The first time I reached out to Sam was after business hours on a Friday in which he gladly took the call and spent a few hours going over my situation. He told me exactly what he needed and had a preapproval letter over to me within a couple of days. I reached out to Sam with numerous questions throughout the process and was always provided an answer within the same day. His assistant, Kristin, was an absolute joy to work with as well. She and Sam are a fantastic team that made a genuine effort in making sure I understood everything that was happening and where we were at each step of the way. I first reached out to Sam in the middle of December and I was able to close on my new home by the middle of February. I have nothing but respect for his work ethic and customer service. Buying a home is a big decision and it makes all the difference in the world to have a lender that cares about your goals as much as you do.

Absolutely the worst mortgage experience ever!! Working with the branch manager Katie Lawrence, one would think you would receive excellent service. Instead, I received misleading information on loan products, was promised a great low interest rate that she never followed up on and a fast three week processing to close. Needless to say, none of which happened. Just beware.
