I can not say enough positive things about Suburban and our LO, Jheri. It was important to me to fully be apart of the entire process from beginning to end and to understand everything I was doing and signing. Luckily, that also seemed to be a priority to Jheri, because she thoroughly and happily explained every detail to us- she even showed up at our signing to make sure all of our paperwork was correct. She stayed in constant communication with us and updated us on the status of our loan every step of the way. Every aspect of our home purchasing process was clean and seamless. Every person we worked with in the company was kind, professional, and caring. We closed on the house right on time. I will absolutely work with Suburban and Jheri again, and I will send my family and friends to them too. Thank you Suburban!

f you want to deal with uneducated and unprofessional loan officers, wait three months for your loan to close, miss your closing date, loose the house of your dreams and pay $2000 in originations charges, stop looking,this is definitely your mortgage broker!
