Nothing short of amazing customer service ! Never have I experienced such good service, Erica in the claims department helped me make a claim decision that would change how I feel about insurance. For someone who had no idea of what the correct process was for a claim, I had little hope for a good outcome. However, she managed to explain everything in detail and helped me fully understand every aspect of my claim!
