Prompt friendly appointment process and equally the same for the actual house call. The serviceman was courteous and explained all that he was doing to the furnace. He was not the least annoyed by my watching him clean and fix the furnace. I will definitely have them service my system again. I appreciated his suggestions for further maintenance.
