The guys at Merrill Sheet Metal Works are amazing. Kurt and his crew are top notch. We first had a gas fireplace installed and loved it! We were having issues with our furnace and they offered a free cleaning with the gas fireplace so we took them up on the offer. Upon cleaning and with a closer look, they discovered a dangerous carbon monoxide leak. Kurt installed a CO2 detector to keep us safe until they could get the new furnace in. With both installs they we here and gone without even knowing they were ever here. They cleaned up and did not leave a shred of evidence other than the new equipment. It was a pleasure to work with them and I would do it again in a heart beat!

I had a house full of friends for a girls weekend and woke up to a very cold house! Dave had to get out of bed very early to check my furnace... He was very professional but at the same time fun since that was the point of our girls weekend. When the furnace was found to be unfixable, he brought over heaters to keep my friends comfortable and not allow this to ruin our weekend. Mike was out on SUNDAY to help me select a new furnace. Matt and Dave were back Monday Morning to install. The fast, professional and friendly service I received was beyond my expectations.

They come out and do an estimate to make sure that you are getting the right product for your need. They had my new furnace in and installed in about 5 hours. They made sure that we had no questions before they left. Very nice people work there. I would suggest to anyone looking for a new furnace or air conditioner to give them a chance.
