Jules was very helpful. In addition to locking us in at a good rate, he provided peace of mind throughout the process. Jules and his team were very pro-active in securing our documents and following through to be sure we were clear to close in advance of our date. He was very knowledgeable and provided us with clear explanations to all of our questions. He was also extremely responsive, responding to calls during off hours and staying at the office late the night we did our rate-lock to ensure we would not have to pay a higher rate (as there was conjecture about an increase in rates the next day)
