Hello long time wsecu member first time review! Currently serving in the U.S. Army. I called to inquire about extra funds for a trip home. After discussing options, money I had saved was used to pay off a loan. That money that was saved was for a plane ticket home to see my family after seven months. I was unclear that was going to happen. Money will not be refunded, and I will now cancel my leave request on Monday. Also will find a new credit union that IS military friendly. Very distasteful.

This bank is fantastic- in all aspects. I have had an account here since 2005. Wonderful customer service, accounts are easy to manage, people are very friendly (in a relaxed, not weird way). It is easy to contact the bank with any questions, and every time I go into the bank it is a quick and painless in & out. I highly recommend this bank.

Brand new member of WSECU! After a rough start at another branch, we showed up about 415pm on a Friday to get our accounts setup and were promptly attended to. Lucy was an absolute joy to work with and got us setup in no time! Highly recommend this branch and friendly staff for any of your banking needs.

I love this credit union so much that even after I have moved away I have still kept my account. They make sure you are well taken care of, you can use a huge number of ATMs with no charge and their mobil app is pretty good! Support local banking

update: while i had a very NEGATIVE experience with MARI. I was able to deal with Nikki who helped me out with my situation. I appreciate dealing with more competent team members who can actually speak to me in a more respectful manner.
