I would highly recommend using Summiting Funding for your home loan process. We recently went thru them to purchase our home. Our loan officer, Coynda Lozano was such a big part in our awesome experience. From the moment we walked into the building we were greated by friendly staff and imidiately attened by Coynda. She took time out of her busy schedule to meet up with us on a late friday afternoon. Richard Thierry and his team made my 1st time home owning experience stress less. He was well informed, thorough, did not mind answering the same question more than once, answered questions I needed to have asked. The office was very welcoming, my name was on a big screen monitor with a welcome, as I was offered a variety of snacks and beverages. The office staff was friendly and very well dressed.
