When my wife and I started building a house, I called around to a lot of different mortgage brokers to ask questions about loan options, rates, PMI, etc... I was generally disappointed to find that I knew more about my mortgage options and mortgage insurance rates and terms than most loan officers. When I talked to Ryan though, I could tell that he knew his business. During the loan process, we discussed FHA, USDA, and conventional financing, and he clearly knew a lot about them all. He is also very knowledgeable about rates and trends and what might affect them. Above all, Ryan is dedicated, friendly, patient, and very accessible. I would absolutely recommend Ryan to anyone who is looking to purchase or refinance a loan. I know that he will be the first person I talk to the next time we are looking for a home loan.
