I have been banking with Mountain America for a while and you all served so well. I visited the North Orem branch today and the teller was immediately available with a big smile of his face. His name is Jasen. Such a loving and happy soul. He made my day. He reminded me that a smile always goes a long way regardless of how your day goes. Jasen, thank you so much for your service. Went to the drive thru I sent in my check and the payment coupon to pay my loan. And the teller wanted me to give my social security number to confirm he had the correct account. Well what if I had mailed the payment in with the payment coupon does the payment coupon not have enough information on it to credit the payment to the correct account. How stupid and insulting that these people can not use the payment coupon they gave me to credit payments to the correct account.

Not really pleased with wasting half an hour and being skipped over 2 times by the loan officers especially when one saw me there before and still accepted the other impatient customer. I am not spending my time sitting in the chair so I can rest it is so I can get information from the loan officers. I was looking to do business with this bank but I have changed my mind. Even Wells Fargo, the bank I am leaving, knows that people take valuable time to set up their accounts.

The service was just excellent, Melissa was very friendly and did a great jog transferring my loan. I was able to refinance my car loan with a very low interest rate. Plus, they gave $100 because a friend referred me, and $50 because I transferred the loan to Mountain America. Totally recommended!
