Very happy with Mike and his services in navigating us through our mortgage needs. It took us a total of 4 homes to finally make it happen(non of which were our fault) and the first 2 we used another lender. Mike was nice enough to consult me on those even though he was not getting our business!! Needless to say, once the 2nd fell through I contacted Mike and gave him the much deserved opportunity. Mike made it very easy to understand all options we had and helped to determine what would work best for us. He made himself readily available and responded to my constant questions promptly. Most importantly, he is a very genuine and honest guy who made us comfortable and at ease through the tedious process. Mike was recommended to me and I too would highly recommend him, as well as use him again in any future opportunities. Thanks again, Mike.

The rates were falling down, so I read the reviews of many lenders online, called Town & Country Mortgage Services for my refinance, experience was GREAT! In the past I did couple of times refinance through other known lenders, but this time working with Mike was easy much better than previous refinance from other lenders. He helped me to get good rate by negotiating with the bank and also explained me each and every options which best fits me. If anyone wants to buy a new home or refinance, I would highly recommend Town & Country Mortgage Services, Inc.

We bought a house Dec. 2013. Got quotes from a few locations and decided to go with this one. Mike provided very quick responses and lower rate than other companies. He gave a couple of options for the mortgage and guided us to make an informed decision. We were the first home buyer and were on tight schedule for closing. He responded all questions properly (except one very minor thing on which my attorney was right) and met the schedule for closing. My wife is in the financial industry, and she was happy with the whole process.
