I have used Linda for 3 loans now, and she has been great. We just recently closed on a new home that we built, and was originally going to go with the builders lender to get the central air paid for, but contacted Linda while we were in the process to confirm what we were getting. Linda took the time to look over my loan and stated she could help me save money. The original lender was not able to lock our interest rate and stated at the time we would.need to wait an additional 2 weeks. Linda was able to lock our rate right away, and also was able to get a lower rate that was .25% lower. Linda was able to pre-approve me within 24 hours and had all of my paperwork to the builders & mortgage department (I was able to provide the required documents to Linda the day of) the next day. I strongly recommend Linda for any of your mortgage needs, and look forward to working with her again.
