Love Thy Neighhbor

Kristin Smawley went the second mile to accommodate my demanding work schedule. She was able to speak with me anytime of the day and was so courteous and friendly in doing so. I know she sacrificed time away from family to help get me squared away, and for that, I am most appreciative. Furthermore, Kristin was very knowledgeable about the VA home loan process and guided me every step of the way without any hassles. Larry went above and beyond in every way possible. He was quick to respond to questions and was always flexible...even staying after hours to meet with me after work. He always explained my options clearly and worked hard to find alternatives when it seemed there was no way forward. Larry made me feel like I was his top priority and like I was the only person he was helping (though I know he had other clients).
