Ari Gagne, went a long way above the normal to get us the lone we got. We had tryed to use my VA, and Ari spent a lot of extra time with them, but we culd not get any help. we finaly found out that the VA. has lost a goodly amount of my records, and nobody knows how that happend, nor what to do about it.
