Purchasing your first home can be quite daunting and intimidating, but Michelle Castle and all the Guild girls made the process a breeze. I had originally been with a different lender, who ended up not being reliable. I called Michelle on a Friday evening around 5pm, frantic, because I was wanting to switch lenders late in the process and close to my closing date. Michelle stayed at the office after hours to get the process started and make sure that I was taken care. She reassured me that everything was going to work out and that she would be there for me every step of the way. Over the next couple of weeks leading up to my closing, I could not have been more impressed with their communication with me. Now, anytime I need anything or have any questions, I know help is just a phone call away. I am always greeted with a warm voice and you can tell that everyone in this office genuinely wants to help. Thank you to Michelle Castle and the Guild girls! You have been absolutely wonderful! It puts me at ease to know that I already know a reliable lender for any of my future needs.
