I feel the companies agents are unscrupulous, incompetent and hold only contempt for the public they are suppose to be helping. The agent, Jordan Gerard, we began the refinancing with forgot to lock in the interest at 3 and 7/8. Every time my husband called he put him off until finally 28 days went by. My husband talked to the boss and was told that Jordan was waiting for the rates to go back down to 3.7/8 to lock us in. All the rates did was to continue to increase. His boss tried to fix things by verbally promising us a $2,000.00 rebate for the error. When we got the paper work the terms were different and he only gave us a $1000.00 rebate. Assurance cost us a very good interest rate, a closing before the end of the year, stop payment and late fee charges becauses of promises of not having to pay our December house payment all due to their incompetence and unprofessionalism.

After searching many banks and loan offices for my mortgage I chose Assurance and closed my loan in a snap ! The ease of access and constant updates by my loan officer Jennifer Hebert was unsurpassed. Assurance guided me through the process and lived up to every commitment they made! There were no ifs, ands or buts. Their doors were always open for questions. The location of the facility is great ! Centrally located in River Ranch allowed for quick stop ins to drop of copies or to get updates. The staff was wonderful and as friendly as I have ever met !
