I had a wonderful experience with Shelly and her team, including Sherry. They were kind, patient. and helpful every step of the way. Shelly provided loan worksheets to help me understand my costs up front and her pre-approval and reputation were part of why my offer was accepted, as there was another one on the table at the same time as mine. Once we started the official loan process, we were ready to close in 2 weeks! A great experience and I would highly recommend Shelly and her team.
