Awesome Firm! Iam self employed and have been struggling to get a home loan for 2 years and also had a foreclosure from 2012, I was introduced to Jon Vigil from my realtor. The first meeting I had with Jon he was straight up and honest, he sat me down and told me before he looked at my financials that he is blunt and straight to the point and will not steer me wrong, so after about 15 minutes of looking at my financials for the business and personal he told me he could get me into a house and to start looking, we found and new construction and he had a pre qual letter sent to builder and away we went...Over the course of 4 months he did ALL of the leg work, what was really impressive was how he dealt with my CPA, I was blown away... He is a VERY smart honest man and if your struggling to find a Lender I would highly recommend his firm to help you.... I also want to thank Vicki and Kristin for all there help... Jon also invited me to his home office when we had to get documents sent to underwriting in a short notice, iam sooo happy with this Firm and I will be doing all of my business with Jon and his Team!!!
